The Henry M. Jackson Leadership Fellows Program is changing the way the Puget Sound leads. By investing in the development of the next generation of servant leaders, the 9 month program builds skills, awareness, and a nuanced perspective among Fellows to tackle challenges in a variety of fields, including priority areas for the Jackson Foundation in leadership and public service, climate, and human rights/international affairs.
